Hearing our little one’s cries can be so tough! My goal is to work with your parenting philosophy on crying to create a plan that you are comfortable with. There may be some tears in the beginning if we are working to break old habits, but they will be short-lived.

If you’re willing to put forth the effort, it will work! I’m here to support and encourage you along the way so we can get your baby or toddler sleeping!

How quickly you’ll see results will depend on your child’s personality as well as how consistent you are. Most parents see results within 7 to 10 days.

Absolutely! If your pediatrician has advised you to keep a night feed, then I will work with you to implement that while creating healthy sleep habits for the rest of the night.

My sleep plans are for ages 4 months through 4 years old. 

Short or non-existent naps can be their own little beast! I’ll work with you to get your baby on a predictable routine with consistent naps.

I’ll work with you based on the goals you have for your family! In our initial call I can let you know if your goals are realistic and something we can accomplish together.

Yes! You can absolutely continue to nurse your baby. I’ll just ask you to move your nursing sessions away from sleep times and avoid nursing your baby to sleep.
