I don’t believe there is such a thing as no-cry sleep training, but I also don’t promote full on cry it out. If you’re changing habits like feeding to sleep, there will be crying involved. After about 1 to 2 weeks, crying should minimize.

This is designed to get your baby falling asleep on their own within a few nights and then longer stretches of sleep within 2 weeks. There will always be off nights, but my goal is for you to have a predictable routine most of the time.

Yes! Bottle, breast, or formula—you can feed your baby how you choose while still implementing all the techniques and establish good sleep habits.

If you implement the system and are consistent, you should see results at bedtime within a few days. After 2 weeks you should also see an improvement with naps and overnight sleep.

If you are room sharing, but your baby has their own safe sleep space, then yes. I’ll walk you through how to do it. If your baby is in bed with you, this program is not a good fit.

Yes, you can still use this system and work on your baby falling asleep easier at bedtime, but still feeding in the night. If your baby is ready to wean night feeds, I’ll cover that too.
