I understand that my program may not be a great fit for your family. If you’re not satisfied with one of our products, let me know and I’ll refund your money.
I believe that my program, when followed correctly, can help your family get the sleep they need! That being said, we are working with tiny humans and they can be unpredictable some of the time. If you have followed the program consistently and reached out for questions or support, and still feel like it didn’t meet your expectations, you may request a refund within 30-days of purchase according to the requirements below:
In order to receive a refund you must submit proof that you did the work in the program and that the program still did not work for you by sending in the following to [email protected]
- A completed sleep log for at least 2 weeks showing baby’s wake times, naps, and middle of the night wake ups
- The time frame for which you implemented the program
- A brief description on why the program wasn’t a good fit for you. What did you expect to receive and not get out of the program?
We are unable to provide refunds after 30 days of purchase.
Upon determining that you are entitled to a refund pursuant to this policy, I will issue you a refund via the same manner in which you paid, using my payment gateway. I am unable to expedite any refunds.
If we issue you a refund you must immediately terminate any and all licenses granted you to use the material provided to you under these Terms of Use or any other agreement. You shall immediately cease using the material and shall destroy all copies of the information provided to you, including without limitation: video recordings, audio recordings, forms, template documents, slide shows, membership areas, and other resources.
Chargebacks. You agree to contact us first to request a refund before attempting a chargeback or to dispute the charges with your financial institution.
