You really want to enjoy the newborn phase, but you’re absolutely exhausted

What if you could soak up all the snuggles without being completely sleep deprived?

INTRODUCING

The Newborn Sleep Course

Get the same process that has helped hundreds of families establish easy routines with their newborns that will actually help them fall asleep (and stay asleep).

CREATED BY A PEDIATRIC SLEEP CONSULTANT

What if you could…

1

Set up routines that will get your baby the most amount of sleep for both days and nights.

2

Ensure your newborn’s sleep environment is safe, giving you peace of mind.

3

Learn how to soothe your baby—without setting up habits you’ll want to break later, like driving around the neighborhood for hours or becoming a human pacifier.

what tired parents are saying
Hi mama!

You don’t have to wear exhaustion like a badge of honor!

Newborn sleep is confusing!

After helping so many tired parents get their babies to sleep, I wanted to share my system in an easy-to-follow format, without the price point of working 1:1 with a sleep consultant.

My goal is to give you the tools to get your newborn to sleep, so you can enjoy parenting more.

Let’s get some sleep

Let’s take a closer look at what you’ll get (besides feeling like yourself again)…

Frequently Asked Questions

Nope. Newborns are too young to “cry-it-out” or self-soothe. Instead, I’ll teach you my sleep shaping methods to help you understand your baby’s cues and how to respond when they’re having a tough time.

You’ll learn how to establish routines with your newborn that you can implement immediately. You’ll also learn how to help your newborn fall asleep. With consistency, your newborn should reduce and drop feeds on their own and gradually sleep longer stretches.

This course is for ages 0–3 months.

Yes, bottle, breast, or formula—you can feed your baby how you want and still implement all the techniques.

I’m a big believer in being prepared. You can go through the course now and be ready to start implementing what you learned once your baby is born.

Everything is broken up into bite-sized lessons to make it easy to work through. All of the modules will take about 1 hour total to complete.

The course includes:

  • 8 video lessons
  • 25-page PDF download
  • Bonus: Twin sleep schedule download

This a digital-only product that you can access anywhere. You will not be shipped a physical book or other product.

Due to the digital nature, there are no refunds. If you aren’t satisfied, please reach out to [email protected] and let’s chat!
